HUNTINGTON STATION, N.Y. — The Huntington Station community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of Ashley DiBartolomeo, a beloved daughter, teammate, and friend, whose life was tragically cut short in a motorcycle accident. A graduate of Walt Whitman High School’s Class of 2021 and a student-athlete at Azusa Pacific University, Ashley’s passing has left her family, friends, and all who knew her in deep grief.
A Bright Light from Huntington Station
Ashley grew up in Huntington Station, where her warm personality, infectious smile, and passion for life touched everyone she met. She was known for her kindness, her determination, and her ability to make others feel valued and loved.
During her years at Walt Whitman High School, Ashley stood out not only as a strong student but also as a dedicated athlete. Her drive, discipline, and leadership set an example for her peers, and she carried those qualities with her as she continued her education and athletic journey at Azusa Pacific University.
