FORT MEADE, Fla. — The Polk County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed the identity of the man who died in a single-vehicle crash early Tuesday morning in Fort Meade. The victim has been identified as 23-year-old Samuel Maisonet of Sebring, whose sudden passing has left his family, friends, and community devastated.
