San Antonio South Side Crash Leaves One Dead; Police Investigating

 

SAN ANTONIO, Texas — A deadly single-vehicle crash on the city’s South Side early Monday morning has left one person dead, according to the San Antonio Police Department.

The accident occurred just before 6 a.m. in the 200 block of Moursund Boulevard, near East Ashley Road. Officers responding to the scene discovered a severely damaged vehicle that had crashed under circumstances still being investigated.

Authorities say the car was traveling along Moursund Boulevard when the driver lost control and crashed. It is not yet clear whether speeding, road conditions, or other contributing factors led to the wreck. No other vehicles were involved in the incident.
