Linda’s passing has left her family and friends heartbroken, but also grateful for the years they shared with a woman who gave so much of herself to those she loved.
Born and raised in Texas, Linda carried with her the values of faith, hard work, and compassion that defined her life. Those who knew her best describe her as a woman of kindness and quiet strength. Whether through her gentle encouragement, her unwavering loyalty to family, or her warm smile that could light up any room, Linda touched countless lives over her 78 years.
She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, whose greatest joy came from the time spent with her family. To honor her memory, funeral services will be held on Monday, September 1, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Riley Funeral Home Chapel in Woodville, TX. She will be laid to rest immediately after at Fairview Cemetery in Town Bluff, a final resting place in the community that meant so much to her.
Visitation services will take place earlier that same day, from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., at Riley Funeral Home, located at 913 U.S. Highway 190 W., Woodville, TX 75979. Friends, neighbors, and loved ones are invited to gather during this time to pay their respects and share the memories that made Linda’s life so meaningful.
