Kelly Pierce’s name is synonymous with excellence in women’s soccer throughout Tucson. From 2013 to 2018, she was a standout player and captain for both TSA and FC Tucson Women, earning admiration for her skill, work ethic, and leadership on the pitch. Her transition from athlete to coach was seamless, marked by the same determination and charisma that made her a team leader as a player.

As head coach of FC Tucson Women from 2019 to 2023, Kelly elevated the team to new competitive heights. But it was at Salpointe Catholic High School that she made a historic mark, leading her girls’ teams to six 4A state championships in just eight years.
